Following a recent decision by the Da Nang authorities, several large land lots in Hai Chau, Lien Chieu and Hoa Vang districts will soon be auctioned for leasing up to 50 years.

In detail, in Hai Chau District a 3,164m² land lot on Nguyen Van Linh and a 724.10m² land lot in the Tuyen Son residential area are being offered for lease for commercial and service purposes.  In addition, there is a 2,500.4m² land lot in the Nguyen Tri Phuong 4 residential area available for educational and training purposes.

A 1,473m² land lot on DT 602 Street in Lien Chieu District’s Hoa Khanh Bac Ward will be offered for lease for commercial and service purposes.

In Hoa Vang District, there are 7 land lots along National Highway 1A with areas of between 933.3m² and over 6,000m² each.  They will be offered for business and production purposes.

The city’s Property Auction Service Centre will take responsibility for implementing the auction.  The land lots will be handed over immediately after full payment has been received from their successful bidders.
