The Phu My An urban area project in Da Nang’s Ngu Hanh Son District has been transferred to the city’s Dat Xanh Mien Trung company, the Civil Engineering Construction and Investment company No 579 (CECICO 579).  The project has already been renamed Danang Pearl urban area.

The 500 billion VND project will include a sports centre, a shopping area, outdoor coffee and party venues, and a sports bike club.  In addition, there will be a river cruise area introducing a wide range of exciting water sports, including motorboating and kayaking.

Under the project, a 7,300m² riverside square will be developed in order to create an impressive architectural landmark for the city.  The venue will be installed with solar panels, an impressive wind turbine system, and LED lighting technology.
