The RV. Han Princess cruise ship, which is operated by the Viet Princess Cruiser Da Nang company, was officially put into use last Saturday.

Municipal People’s Committee Chairman Huynh Duc Tho remarked “The new boat will become one of the city’s popular attractions for locals and visitors to enjoy delicious specialties, and to admire the beauty of the Han River at night”.

The city leader hoped more 5-star cruisers like the RV. Han Princess will operate in Da Nang to enhance the quality of the river tourism service for locals and visitors, and to help the city fully tap the great advantages and potential of its beautiful Han River.

The 50m-long, 10m-wide and 7m-high RV. Han Princess has 3 decks and a maximum capacity of 198 passengers.  It had been built in Ho Chi Minh City at a total cost of around 50 billion VND.

The newly-operated cruiser is now offering 2 river tours on the Han River, namely ‘Hoang Hon Song Han’ (Sunset on the Han River) and ‘Ngam Song Han Ve Dem’ (Admiring the Beauty of the Han River at Night).
