The Han Shopping Complex, near the current Han Market at 23 Nguyen Thai Hoc, is expected to open in September.

Under the project, one focus will be on upgrading part of the existing 1,600m² Han Market Commercial Area which is owned by the city-based Nghia An Thinh Investment JSC.  A total of 120 units will be available for lease by local traders, and these will be set out in retail and services areas.  Also, there will be a 700m² underground parking area with 4 entrances.

Once operational, the complex will be able to accommodate up to 5,000 shoppers per day, and the Ngo Viet Nam Co Ltd will be responsible for managing and operating all the trading activities there.

To date, 70 local traders have registered to rent units at the complex.  Under the project’s current preferential policies, any trader who registers for lease terms of over 6 months before Saturday (10 June) can enjoy a 20% discount on their rent for the first 3 months of operation.
