Work starts on nearly 80 million USD twin-tower project
Work recently started on the Movenpick Han River Da Nang project as part of activities welcoming in the 2017 APEC Economic Leaders’ Week in the city.

The whole project is expected to be put into use by late 2019.
Covering an area of 5,000m2 on Nhu Nguyet in Hai Chau District’s Thuan Phuoc Ward, on the western bank of the Han River, the 1,800 billion VND (roughly 79.37 million USD) complex comprises two 31-storey -plus-2-basement towers. They are Movenpick Hotel & Residences, and Risemount Apartment.
This large-scale project features a total of 151 hotel rooms, 259 condotel units and 300 luxury apartments.
Under the project, a range of contemporary amenities will be created, including a swimming pool overlooking sea, a commercial centre, a smart parking area, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, a signature rooftop bar and restaurants, lobby lounges, spas, ballrooms, cafés, bars and restaurants. All of them show of their special architectural designs.
The Movenpick Han River Da Nang is expected to become the top 5-star hotel complex on the western bank of the river.
The PAVNC Risemount is the developer of the project, and the general construction contractor is the Hoa Binh Construction Group JSC.
The partners involved in the project are prestigious businesses from 3 APEC member economies. They are Raito Seikei (Wright Architecture Co Ltd) in Japan, Australian interior designer Darkhorse, and Vietnamese architectural firm ASPT.
The project will be managed and operated by Movenpick Group, a Swiss group of companies with global presence.
Risemount is a brand developed by Vicoland Development House and Construction Group. It has already developed the Risemount Premier Danang Resort featuring 103 hotel rooms in total, and this venue started operating in late 2016 on Nguyen Van Thoai.
