Savills Vietnam launches property management software
Savills Vietnam, the largest property consultancy in Viet Nam with real estate services since 1995, has officially introduced SPMS (Savills Property Management System) - bespoke software developed by experienced experts of Savills. The intention is to connect property investors and managers with house buyers.
According to Savills Vietnam’s website, SPMS is the official and direct communication channel between developer, residents, and tenants. The new software is expected to set a new standard in Property Management, and address the needs of residents, ensuring the integrated operation of the building.
The mobile application offers an immediate and personalised response to requests and demands via an automated system.
Providing a clear passage of communication between residents and property managers, SPMS also enables residents to process bills, and book building amenities with a few simple clicks.
Savills Vietnam has utilised technological advances and new consumer attitudes in order to create this bespoke software solution.
In detail, this user-friendly, management information system available via mobile application and a centralised website will provide residents and the management team/board with numerous features.
Accordingly, residents can access the choices of Work Order, Visitor Registrations, Online forms application, Amenities’ Booking Events calendar Online payments (deposits and invoices) and Library.
For management team/board of committee/developer, there are the categories of Resident and Unit Profiles, Work Order (to staff), Fee Notifications, Staff Management, Resident’s feedback management, Online reports, Partners Information and Communication.

Savills Vietnam now manages more than 4 million square metres of residential and commercial projects under management, including around 40,000 apartment units. SPMS has been integrated in projects managed by Savills Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, and Da Nang.
The application will be updated regularly with new features to make all operational process more convenient and streamlined.
