The Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and the Environment has announced that 3 firms have till date registered for land auctions for development of the Danang Gateway project in the city. They are the Ha Noi-headquartered T&T Group JSC, the Ho Chi Minh-based Imex Pan Pacific Co.,Ltd, and the joint venture of Sakae Holdings Co Ltd, Fission Holdings Pte Co Ltd and Newtechco Import-Export Joint Stock Company.

A 2.7ha land lot on the northwest side of the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap and Vo Van Kiet streets is part of land for auction to develop the Danang Gateway project

Land for auction from Son Tra District will be used to develop the 2 billion USD the Danang Gateway project. It covers an area of of 8.4ha at land lots Nos A12, A13, A14 and A15 on Vo Van Kiet Street  plus a 2.7ha land lot on the northwest side of the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap and Vo Van Kiet streets.

Bidding is expected to open in the 3^rd quarter of this year for all lots to develop this project.

The Danang Gateway project will include high-rise residential buildings, shopping and financial centres, plus a prize-winning game club.
