Hong Kong-based Hotel Group reaches deal to manage a tourism property in Da Nang

The Hong Kong-based Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has reached a deal with the Nam Khang JSC to manage a tourism property in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang.

The Nam Khang Resort Residences project, also called Mandarin Oriental Danang, is expected to be put into operation in 2024.

The property, called Mandarin Oriental Danang, is scheduled to be put into use in 2024.

This is the second project that Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has managed in Viet Nam after the first Mandarin Oriental Saigon project in Ho Chi Minh City which is slated to open in 2022.

Developed by the Nam Khang JSC, the 17,998m2 Mandarin Oriental Danang will feature two 43-storey luxury apartment blocks with 988 units providing accommodation for 2,763 people in total, plus 130 villas, and international-standard swimming pools and restaurants.
