Following recent approval by Da Nang authorties, the Central Coast complex, located at Vo Nguyen Giap, Son Tra District will sell 12 would-be luxury apartments on storeys No 6, 8, 10, 13, 14, 15, 18 in the coming time in line with the Vietnamese laws and regulations.

This nearly 2,000 billion VND, 40-storey-plus-one-basement project will cover a total gross floor area of 100,419m², featuring 486 luxury apartments and 300 hotel rooms with an optimal sea view, as well as social, auxiliary and technical facilitates.

This large-scale project is designed with a building height of 128.1m, and a construction density of about 58.7%, and a land use coefficient of about 25.32 times.
