Before boarding, all passenger must declare their health conditions, have their temperature measured and use hand sanitizer.
In addition, they are required to wear face coverings, and limit chatting with others and the intake of foods whilst being onboard.
All vehicles are required to be disinfected before and after their journeys.
Inter-provincial passenger coaches which run through Da Nang on their journeys are prohibited to pick-up or drop-off their passengers in the city.
Another important step is to record all necessary information on passengers, including their full names, phone numbers and home addresses, in service for contact tracing if needed.
Meanwhile, all fixed-route coaches, subsidised intra-city buses, taxis, contract vehicles, tourist coaches, transit cars, inland waterway transport services and four-wheel electric vehicles operating across the city are not allowed to transport more than half the number of passengers they're allowed to carry.
All driving training establishments citywide now have their operations halted temporarily as per request by the local authorities.
