Registrations for Hack4Growth Season 2 – Unlimited accepted until May 31

Hack4Growth, an innovation contest launched by the Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts (AVSE Global), one of the largest networks of Vietnamese scientists and experts, is now open to registrations for the 2nd season (Hack4Growth Season 2 – Unlimited).

Under the motto ‘Start local – Rise regional – Grow global’, Hack4Growth Season 2 – Unlimited aims to get people together to create joint innovative effort, would like to call for Vietnamese people and people of Vietnamese origin around the world to find global solutions to regional and local issues, thereby contributing to enhancing Viet Nam’s position and power in the international arena.

Hack4Growth is the biggest competition to connect provinces and the startup community thanks to the patronage of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

As for its eligibility criteria, the event is open to businesses or groups that have been in operation for less than five years with/without tractions; individuals aged 18 and above, including but not limited to students, entrepreneurs, enterprises, teachers, and graduate students in Viet Nam or abroad.

The event is organised at an international scale with its regional chapters held in five crucial innovative hubs, namely Viet Nam, Europe, America, Japan, and Australia, through connection and partnership with top-notch innovation communities at both regional and global levels.

The competition is extensively supported by a large community of 10,000+ international experts, advisors, and partners from over 20 countries and territories all over the world. Participants, advisors, and partners will stay connected via an exclusive platform developed by AVSE Global.

With regard to the event’s timeline, applications are being accepted until May 31, 2021 at https://www.hack4growth.org/vi/dang-ky/.

Hack4Growth Season 1 ended successfully with the participation of more than 500 contestants and over 150 idea submissions in various aspects such as agriculture, tourism, climate change, healthcare, education. The event also attracted more than 30 mentors and advisors from over 15 countries with more than 1,000 hours of training and coaching for contestants.
