The Da Nang Department of Construction has publicly announced on its official website a list of foreign organisations and individuals that have bought apartments in the Hiyori Garden Tower developed by Sun Frontier Da Nang Co., Ltd, a company with 100% investment capital from Japan.

Accordingly, the project’s developer confirmed the signing of the first phase of apartment sale and purchase contracts with the 21 foreign organisations and individuals, and most of them are Japanese nationals.

The project is located at Lot 2-A2, Vo Van Kiet, An Hai Dong Ward, Son Tra District.

Hiyori has created strong trust among residents and key investors because the construction standards are strictly managed and supervised by experts from Japan. In addition, the architectural design expands the space to the maximum, the entire living room and bedroom are designed to help each apartment receive abundant natural light and good ventilation.

As apartment types of Hiyori Garden Tower, from the third to the 27^th floors, there are a total of 306 2- bedroom apartments with 4 types of area A (63.3m²), B (69.1m²), C (65.9m²), D (71.93m²). Meanwhile, the 28^th storey features six 3-bedroom apartments with 4 types of area: E (170.67m²), F (127.47m²), G (131.29m²), H (134.63m²)

The municipal Department of Construction requires the project’s developer to comply with the national regulations regarding foreign subjects entitled to own commercial houses in Viet Nam, and compulsory conditions and paperwork proving the legitimate  foreign ownership.
