The auction of land use right transfer will be conducted for 2 large land plots for the development of potential projects and 200 ones for residence.

A total of 200 residential land plots will be put up for auction in the coming time.

In detail, 100 of them have facades onto 2 streets, located in residential areas, namely No. 1 in the Nguyen Tri Phuong - Truong Sa urban area in Hoa Cuong Bac Ward, No. 494 Nui Thanh in Hoa Cuong Nam Ward, Phan Lang No.1 and 2 in An Khe Ward, Man Thai, An Hoa No. 4 and No. 24 in Nai Hien Dong and An Hai Bac wards respectively.

The remaining land plots he rest are located along 10.5-wide streets in resettlement areas in Nai Hien Dong Ward, a land site for public works in the Tho Quang aquatic service industrial zone, at the beginning of Son Tra - Dien Ngoc route, to the north of the city’s Southeast inter-provincial coach station and the third phase of the Dong Tra residential project for low-income earners.

Procedures will also be taken to auction off the land use rights for 10,379m² A1-2-1 site along the eastern bank of the Han River in An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District and the over 2,144.7m² A2 land plot available for the development of a parking garage on the corner of Nguyen Van Linh and Hoang Dieu streets, adjacent to Phuoc Ninh relic site in Nam Duong Ward, Hai Chau District.
