From January 1, 2022, the Da Nang Tax Department will send administrative violation records to those who fail to submit tax returns and tax finalsation declarations via online networks according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 36 of Decree No. 125/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 adopted by the national government.

The electronic violation records are digitally signed and sent to the Etax online tax service system thence the signed documents are transferred to taxpayers’ email addresses.

In case, taxpayers make e-transactions in taxation via T-VAN service providers, the Viet Nam General Department of Taxation shall send tax notices to email addresses that the taxpayer have posted with the tax authority through T-VAN.

Taxpayers can look up information and download aforementioned notices at the Etax system or access the electronic tax application by visiting https://thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn
