Specifically, the Department of Tourism shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with other relevant agencies to urgently guide and support tourism business establishments in the locality to prepare conditions, especially in terms of material and technical facilities and services, to welcome tourists back.

The Department of Transport and other relevant units shall place warning signs at unsafe areas and take measures to ensure safety of people vehicles participating in waterways transport performances.
