The Da Nang government has approved the starting price for auctioning the land use rights for the 20,855m² land lot coded A3-2 in a residential area south of the Cam Le Bridge, Hoa Chau Commune, Hoa Vang District.

Accordingly, the starting price for the above-mentioned auction is VND 10,513 million/m² with a shelf life of 50 years, the compulsory one-time payment of land rental fees for the entire lease period.

The municipal government has assigned the Da Nang Land Fund Development Centre, based on the above-mentioned starting price, to carry out relevant procedures and organise the auction in accordance with current regulations.

As for the land use purpose under the auction plan for land use right transfer for the A3-2 land lot according to Decision No. 4301/QD-UBND dated December 29, 2021, the auction’s winner must ensure that an educational and training institution must be constructed at this site.

The soon-to-be-auctioned-off the 20,855m² land lot borders Hoang Dao Thanh Street to the north, Nguyen Bao and Le Dinh Dien streets to the south, the current land site to the east and Nguyen Hong Anh Street to the west.

Till date, site clearance and technical infrastructure development for the large land lot has been completed.

The land lot is planned with 7,971m2 of land for construction of works, 7,144m² for outdoor sports facilities, 2,516m² for green-covered spaces and grass lawns, 1,208m² for car parking, 2,016 m² for traffic, yard facilities.

With regard to landscape architecture, the maximum construction density is 38.22% and a maximum of 6 storeys.
