According to the Viet Nam Association of Realtors, although maintaining an average annual growth rate of 15%, this industry also faces internal problems when the scale and growth rate is increasing rapidly.

Large-scale financial flows are mainly based on bank loans and bonds, thus increasing systemic risks.

The risk of the real estate industry is one of the biggest ones posed to the economy, and it resulted in both financial risk and waste of land resources.

At the seminar, more than 300 delegates were briefed on general information about the current real estate market, especially amidst the trend of digital transformation.

As evaluated by many experts in the fields of economics, information technology and real estate, digital transformation in the real estate sector is an inevitable trend, helping to make the real estate market transparent and sustainable.

Some of the presentations at the workshop included ‘Digital transformation of real estate transactions (Proptech): Trends and opportunities’; ‘Digital transformation of the real estate market: Trends, current situation and solutions’; ‘Technological trends in real estate development and management’; ‘Real estate digital communications - Grasp trends, Seize opportunities; and ‘The secret to effectively applying the real estate digital platforms’.
