The CPI rise was mainly attributed to hikes in the gasoline price 3 times, causing the price index of kerosene group to increase by 3.96% and the price index of raw materials such as gasoline, lubricants and diesel oil to go up by 5.63%.

Under the impacts of higher prices of gasoline and oil over the months, the costs of raw materials and input materials and related expenses have also go up, such as food and catering services.

In addition, given the arrival of the hot season, the demand for electricity and water in the community has increased, leading to an increase in the price of tap water by 3.26% and that of electricity for the city-wide use up by 3.46% compared to the previous month.
