Startup Viet is an annual event organised by VnExpress electronic newspaper to find potential startups in Viet Nam. In its sixth edition, the programme takes ‘The Innovation Era’ as its theme.

The event’s registration portal is open until the end of July 22, 2022.

On August 5, 2022, Startup Viet will announce the projects entering the next round.

The awards ceremony is expected to take place in November.

Startup Viet is an ideal rendezvous where startups and founders showcase their products and ideas, and receive evaluations and criticisms from the programme's professional council that consists of advisors, startup experts, investors, venture capital funds and successful entrepreneurs.

Throughout the programme are a series of seminars, networking events, meetings, expert consultations and fundraising from investors.

The quality of the startup is evaluated based on a set of criteria, including sales growth, business organisation capacity, sustainable development and international application prospects.
