SMEs spurring digital transformation grow 760%
As revealed in a report recently released by the Ministry of Information and Communications, in the first half of 2022, in the field of digital economy, there were more than 318,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) participating in digital transformation, an increase of 760% as compared to 2021.

The number of businesses participating in the digital transformation programme in the past 2 quarters reached more than 88.3% of the target set out for 2022 with 360,000.
In order to support businesses in digital transformation, the Ministry of Information and Communications has announced 50 digital platforms, of which 18 are popular ones serving digital government, 16 for digital transformation among SEMs and the remaining ones serving citizens.
