The Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs’ Association and its Ha Noi counterpart on Friday jointly organised a seminar during which about 200 businessmen listened to peakers' sharing on how to catch up with the fast movement of the economy and market. At the same time, the participants joined intensive discussions on highly feasible solutions and operational corporate directions in the future.

According to Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sunhouse Group Nguyen Xuan Phu, it is forecasted that, the last months of 2022 and the beginning of 2023 will be difficult for businesses due to the influence of such factors as inflation, the impact of the world economic - political situation.

In the face of such a panorama, each business will have different solutions, especially with the growing trend of e-commerce, the application of information technology and digital transformation is a necessary issue that needs to be given a priority.

Meanwhile, Mr. Pham Thanh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cengroup, said that, in the current context, if the real estate business follows the trend of "surfing", it still faces difficulties because the economy has not fully recovered whilst high-value real estate is still sold well.

Also at the seminar, the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with its Ha Noi counterpart.

The aforementioned seminar was part of a series of trade and investment promotion activities between Ha Noi and Da Nang businesses held in the central Vietnamese city from August 11 to 13.

It is known that the trade promotion chain aimed to connect 4 industry groups: real estate - construction, trade - services - tourism, production - processing - auxiliary, digital transformation - training.
