The Management Board of Priority Infrastructure Investment projects in Da Nang, the investor of the Lien Chieu Port project, has just approved the results of the contractor selection for the package of surveying and planning techniques and estimates for demining mines and explosives in order to prepare the ground for the construction of the Lien Chieu Port Construction Investment project in September 2022.

In addition, the Management Board also approved the results of contractor selection for bidding packages of supervision, survey and design consultancy.

Under the plan, in 2022, a public investment of  VND 575 billion is allocated  the Lien Chieu Wharf project. Till date, more than  VND14 billion VND, about 2% of the plan has been disbursed.

The Lien Chieu Wharf project is one of the Da Nang key projects with 19 bidding packages with a total investment of VND3,426 billion.

Specifically, the bidding packages include consultancy for setting up tasks, surveying estimates for designing construction drawings; verifying tasks, surveying estimates serving the design of engineering structures; consulting survey, making design documents construction drawings - cost estimates; consulting and verifying construction drawings and cost estimates; surveying supervision consultancy serving the design of construction drawings; measuring and drawing maps for site clearance; surveying, making technical plans, cost estimates for the clearance of mines and explosives.

Along with that is the assessment of the quality of demining mines and explosives; consulting on the preparation of bidding documents for construction bidding packages; construction insurance; surveying in service of setting up pilot pick-up and drop-off zones; issuing maritime notices; and the assessment of environmental impacts during construction; consulting on setting or adjusting new norms and conducting audits.
