Da Nang resumes two subsidised bus routes R15 and TMF

Da Nang has recently resumed the operation of two subsidised intra-city bus routes R15 and TMF at full capacity. Accordingly, buses operate daily on the routes every 30 minutes from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Specifically, the R15 route departs and arrives in the Da Nang Inter-provincial Coach Station. It runs along Ton Duc Thang, overpass at the Hue T-junction, Dien Bien Phu, Huynh Ngoc Hue, Ha Huy Tap, Thai Thi Boi, Le Do, Vo Van Tan, Hai Phong, Ong Ich Khiem, Nguyen Hoang, Nguyen Van Linh, Dragon Bridge, Vo Van Kiet, Ho Nghinh, Ha Ky Ngo, Nguyen Sang, Nguyen Huy Chuong, Hoang Sa and Tho Quang.

As for TMF route, the depart route is the Bui Duong Lich bus station - Bui Duong Lich - Duong Van Nga - Khuc Hao - Ho Han Thuong - Chu Huy Man - Thuan Phuoc Bridge - February 3 - Xuan Dieu - Bus stop on Xuan Dieu Street- Xuan Dieu - February 3 Street - Tran Phu - Ly Tu Trong - Nguyen Thi Minh Khai - Hai Phong - Ngo Gia Tu - Hung Vuong - Ly Thai To - Dien Bien Phu - Nguyen Tri Phuong - Nguyen Van Linh - Dragon Bridge - Vo Van Kiet - Vo Nguyen Giap - East Sea Park.

It is known that funded by the Toyota Mobility Foundation (TMF), the TMF bus route aims to satisfy residents’ need for safer and more efficient travel. The nearly US$ 2.87 million project was implemented from July 2015 - September 2019. It featured following categories of opening TMF bus routes, connecting new residential areas east of the Han River with public utilities in the city center, and developing a pilot model of on-street parking management using mobile phone payment technology on Bach Dang and Tran Phu streets.

The TMF and R15 bus routes pass through many public places, connecting with convenient services to create convenience for residents and students when beginning a new school year.
