The Viet Nam Auction Partnership Company is preparing to hold an auction for land use rights over a large land plot symbolled A3-2 in a residential area south of Cam Le Bridge, Hoa Chau Commune, Hoa Vang District. This plot is now under the Da Nang Land Fund Development Centre.

The A3-2 land plot borders Hoang Dao Thanh Street the north, Nguyen Bao and Le Dinh Dien streets to the south, a residential land site to the east and Nguyen Hong Anh Street to the west.
The land plot, covering an area of 20,855 m², is planned to be used for the development of education and training institutions.

The term of use is 50 years from the date of signing the decision to recognise the auction results, with the compulsory one-time payment for the entire rental period.

Organisations and individuals participating in the auction need to purchase dossiers for the upcoming auction at the Viet Nam Auction Partnership Company on the first floor of the Sunrise IIA building at No.2A, Sai Dong urban area, Phuc Dong Ward, Long Bien District, Ha Noi or buy and summit dossiers directly at the Da Nang Land Fund Development Centre at 106 Hoang Van Thu, Hai Chau District, Da Nang.

Each auction dossier is priced at VND4,000,000 /set with a deposit amount of VND 43,849,723,000 to participate in the auction. The selling of dossiers and the reception of complete ones must be conducted from 8:00 am on September 6 to 5:00 pm on September 20.

Pre-auction deposits will be accepted from September 20 to 5:00 p.m. on September 22, 2022.

Auction time starts from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30p.m on September 23, 2022 on online auction websites at daugiaviet.vn or daugiaso5.vn.
