For instance, the March 29 Textile and Garment JSC always pays special attention to ensuring jobs and stable income for its employees.

Chairman of the company's Trade Union organisation Le Thi Hai Chau said that the company pays social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for its employees. Also, the forming of the salary scale and labour rules complies with regulations, and signs collective labour agreements with favourable terms for employees.

Besides, the company focuses on organising training courses for its employees to improve their skills and expertise, giving child support allowance, ensuring the quality of shift meals, and increasing annual income for workers.

In a similar vein, the Kane-M Da Nang Co., Ltd based in the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park fully implements labour regimes and policies in accordance with the national law.

Additionally, the company prioritises taking up the task of spiritual and material care in order to make its workers more productive. Included are the housing rent support of VND200,000-VND500,000 /person/month, support 70% of salary for employees during the time off due to COVID-19, and 13th month Tet bonus.

Meanwhile, female employees with children under 1 year old are permitted to leave work one hour early, and pregnant workers from the 7th month can rest 30 minutes / day.

In order to provide the best support for its employees, the Tan Long Packaging Co., Ltd based in the Expanded Hoa Khanh Industrial Park has built a mini supermarket in the company's campus. A full range of quality food and essential consumer goods are on sale at the mini supermarket at a price lower than VND5,000-VND10,000/product compared to outside markets and supermarkets.

Director of the company Nguyen Thi Thu Ha said that the mini supermarket was set up in September 2021 as the company conducted the '3-on- the- spot' model.

After the '3-on- the- spot' model ends, the company continues to maintain a mini supermarket in the form of non-profit sales for its employees.

In particular, the company sets up an employee reward system with vouchers worth VND100,000-200,000 each to encourage its employees to well fulfill their tasks.

As a person who often achieves high productivity and is rewarded with vouchers, Mr. Do Van Viet, a worker at the Tan Long Packaging Co., Ltd., excitedly said thanks to this mini supermarket, he saved a lot of shopping time and costs. Not to mention that, with vouchers, he can exchange rice, milk, and spices, and his wife is very happy because she saves about VND1.5 million monthly.

According to Vice President of the Da Nang Confederation of Labour Dinh Thi Thanh Ha, the three aforementioned businesses are amongst top 24 outstanding enterprises that have been honoured for taking good care of employees in 2022 and have received Certificates of Merit from the municipal People’s Committee in recognition of their good and creative ways to take good care of employees' lives during the 2021-2022 period.

Mrs. Ha added the honourees strictly observe the signing of labour contracts, and have collective labour agreements. They also formulate salary scale and labour rules, and perform democracy regulations at grassroots level according to regulations.

Moreover, no strikes or collective work stoppages, and no serious fire or explosion incidents or fatal occupational accidents have been reported at these enterprises. These businesses do not owe social insurance and always create favourable conditions for the grassroots-level Trade Union organisations to operate well, noted she.
