A trade show to promote Da Nang’s OCOP and featured products 2022 is taking place at the East Sea Park, Son Tra District from December 23 - 25.

The 3-day event attracts many domestic and international visitors.

Featuring nearly 40 booths, the trade show showcases locally-made products, including OCOP, typical commercial and rural industrial products, souvenirs and other consumer products that are sourced from Da Nang and elsewhere in the country, like Ha Noi and Quang Nam Province.

On Friday evening, 'The week of promotion to stimulate shopping demand' programme was also launched at the East Sea Park.

Held from December 23 - 29, the programme attracts the participation of nearly 20 large trade centers and supermarkets with more than 4,000 promotional items of all kinds.

In addition, chain stores, and production and business establishments citywide are launching many promotion programmes with main items such as electrical appliances, electronics, refrigeration, agricultural products, food, processed food, fashion items.

A participating unit is introducing its products to a visitor at the trade show.

Deputy Director of the municipal Department of Industry and Trade Nguyen Huu Hanh expressed his hope that the two aforementioned events will bring great benefits to businesses, contributing to supporting them to overcome difficulties, and drive their gradual economic recovery.

He also took the opportunity to ask businesses to constantly improve the quality and designs of their products so as to meet the increasing demands of customers.
