The Da Nang Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs said on Friday that it has received reports from 75 businesses operating in the city about the salary levels in 2022 and bonuses for the upcoming New Year and Lunar New Year holidays 2023.

Specifically, the highest monthly salary is VND287 million at foreign-invested enterprises, whilst the lowest is VND4.16 million.

As for upcoming New Year 2022, the bonuses will be offered at VND1 million - VND23 million at one-member limited liability companies with 100% charter capital held by the State, VND200,000 - VND2 million at joint-stock ones with State-owned shares, VND100,000 - VND25 million at private ones, and VND100,000 - VND161.372million at FDI ones.

Meanwhile, the Lunar New Year (Tet) bonuses for employees working for Da Nang-based companies will hover from VND100,000 to over VND1 billion.

The highest Tet bonus of over VND1 billion/person will be recorded at private businesses, and the lowest will be VND200,000/person.

The maximum Tet bonuses to be paid by FDI ones will be VND484 million/person, whilst the minimum will be VND100,000/person.

With regard to wholly State-owned enterprises, the highest and the lowest of Tet reward will be set at VND48 million/person and VND4.5 million/person respectively.

As for joint-stock firms with State-owned shares, the maximum and minimum Tet bonuses will be VND90 million/person and VND800,000/person.
