The Da Nang government has approved a plan to develop commercial housing in the city for the 2021-2025 period with 75 projects covering a total area of 2,553 ha, comprising 67,035 houses with a total residential floor area of more than 8.26 million m².

The total investment capital to be channeled into the above-mentioned projects is VND 99,850 billion.

Notable among these aforementioned projects are many large-scale ones such as Hoa Quy - Dong No riverside urban area in Ngu Hanh Son District consisting of 4,632 apartments, 1,135 villas or townhouses with a total investment capital of VND8,364 billion; Ecological urban area along Hoa Xuan River in Cam Le District having 10,427 apartments, 762 villas or townhouses worth sum of VND8,409 billion; Golden Hills urban area with 893 villas or adjacent houses totalling VND4,684 billion; Thuan Phuoc - Da Nang new urban area in Son Tra District with 1,700 apartments, 1,520 villas or townhouses at an investment capital of VND 4,272 billion; Lang Van tourist and urban complex in Lien Chieu District with 1,562 villas or townhouses valued at VND 4,163 billion in total.
