Following recent approval by the Da Nang Department of Construction, 135 social housing apartments at the Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area project in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, developed  by Saigon - Da Nang Investment Corporation, are eligible for sales.

The above-mentioned apartments in the CT5 building, with each covering an area from 45 - 70 m², selling price at VND 16,061,000 per square metres, including the value added tax, excluding a 2% maintenance fee.

Households and individuals wishing to register to buy social housing units should contact the investor directly for instructions and submit applications from March 20 to March 31, 2023 at the project site.

The Department requires the the project’ developers to comply with accordance with national laws on investment, land use and environmental protection, and other relevant regulations. Under the laws, the investor must take accountability for something wrong found in construction and real estate trade activities at the projects.
