The Da Nang People's Council has approved the investment policy for the project to renovate the drainage system and underground information, plus lighting cables on Hung Vuong and Ly Thai To streets with the aim to contribute to increasing urban beauty, meeting the requirements of tourism and economic development and serving the population, improving people's lives and developing the regional economy.

Accordingly, focus will be on renovating, upgrading and building a new rainwater drainage system arranged underneath the above-mentioned streets with a sewer aperture of 2-2.5m, 1,140m long, building a new wastewater drainage system along the sidewalk to collect wastewater from houses on both sides of the road, building new curbs and sidewalks along the entire route, renovating the lighting system along the entire routes and placing information cable lines owned by state-owned units underground.

The total investment is expected to be no more than VND 96.8 billion from the city budget, and the project will be implemented in the 2023 - 2025 period.
