On Friday, Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman Tran Chi Cuong and leaders of local departments and branches visited the Da Nang branch of the Heineken Vietnam Brewery Co., Ltd. based in the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, Lien Chieu District on the occasion of the Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day.

Vice Chairman Tran Chi Cuong highly lauded Heineken's great contributions to the State budget revenue, expressing the desire for the company to continue to promote the achieved results for further development.

He also expressed his impression on the enterprise's production and business activities with green and environmentally friendly technology criteria. He hoped that the company will always maintain its corporate brand for sustainable development.

The city leader suggested that businesses, if they have problems, have specific proposals for the city.

A representative of the Da Nang branch of the Heineken Vietnam Brewery Co., Ltd. said that the company currently has 122 employees, and its production output in the first 9 months of 2023 decreased by 15-20% over the same period last year.

Between January and September, the company earned US$42.4 million in revenue. Its import-export turnover reached US$508,525. The company contributed to VND1,216.5 billion to the city’s budget.
