Petrol prices go down in latest adjustment

On Monday afternoon, the Inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance revised the retail prices of petrol and oil down by VND340-1,052 per litre.

Retail prices of RON 95-III and E5 RON 92 decreased by VND399 and VND340 to VND23,530 and VND22,274 per litre, respectively.
Meanwhile, the prices of diesel, kerosene and mazut were cut to VND20,888, VND21,512 and VND15,623 per litre or kilogram.
The ministries decided not to use the petrol and oil price stabilisation fund.
Since early July, petrol prices have undergone 13 adjustments, with 9 up, 3 down, and one unchanged.
