The Da Nang authorities have just issued the maximum price for services using the sales area at the Da Nang Supermarket market invested from capital sources outside the State budget.

Accordingly, the maximum service price for using sales area at the Da Nang Supermarket market for fixed business households is VND393,000/m²/month.

This is the maximum price that includes direct management and sales costs, regulatory taxes, and other related costs, but excludes goods monitoring, cleaning, stall market rental services, and electricity and water bills.

The aforementioned price is applied for organisations, individuals, and business households that have fixed stores or shops, and the use of sales area at the Da Nang Supermarket market.

The municipal People's Committee requests organisations, individuals, and business households at the Da Nang Supermarket market to pay prices for using the sales area at the market to the Da Nang Supermarket Co., Ltd.

Based on the prescribed maximum price and each location and business line of each business household, the Da Nang Supermarket Co., Ltd., will develop specific service prices and collect service fees but still ensure competitiveness and fairness.
