The EM&AI Joint Stock Company has launched the artificial intelligence (AI) assistant solution created VAGENT (VOICE & CHAT). This is an AI virtual employee solution for automatic calls and multi-channel messaging methods such as website, zalo and facebook, and a combination of natural language processing technology and generative AI technology.

Vagent is the only solution currently on the market that allows users to create AI capable of speaking and calling customers in Vietnamese, thereby supporting public services as well as human resources for small and medium-sized enterprises.

It is known that the EM&AI is one of the most prominent innovative enterprises today in the field of conversational AI.

After six years of starting a business, the company won nearly 20 domestic and international awards. Notable among them were the Vecom Best Solution 2021 award, Techfest 2020 runner-up, the first prize AI Accelerator Challenge organised by AUS4Innovation; Top 5 AI For Good in Viet Nam - Thailand region organized by the United Nations.
