Accordingly, flights depart at 8:00 pm from Da Nang International Airport and at 5:05 am from Bangkok-based Don Mueang International Airport each day, using Airbus A321 aircraft.
It is known that the new flight route is designed to operate daily with convenient departure times in each locality to maximise the time in Viet Nam of Thai tourists and vice versa.
At the same time, it also meets the requirements of passengers transiting in Da Nang to travel to such domestic destinations as Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, thereby contributing to promoting political, economic, cultural and tourism exchanges between Viet Nam and Thailand.
According to Vietnam Airlines leaders, the opening of the new route has increased the daily flight frequency between Bangkok and Viet Nam to 7, of which, Da Nang is the third city after Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City that Vietnam Airlines is operating flights from Thailand.
