The Asia Pacific Onboard Travel (APOT) networking forum is set to return to Da Nang from November 25 - 28 following its first time in 2014, the APOT organisation announced at a press conference on Saturday.

The 2023 APOT networking forum promises a dynamic lineup of interactive activities, including a press conference, and a welcome party.

The highlight of the activities will be the Catrion "Jet Setters Palette" cooking contest slated on November 26 organised by CATRION, Saudi Airlines Catering Company. It will be a useful playground for chefs representing airlines, restaurants and hotels.

In addition, within the framework of the forum, there will also be an exchange between chefs to be held at the Furama Danang Resort on November 27. Notably, participating chefs will enjoy an art performance by Master Chef Dimuthu, so the exchange will be an opportunity for chefs in Da Nang to learn, exchange and practice kitchen skills.

Aside from the main programmes, delegates will be taken to the Sun World Ba Na Hills tourist area to try local cuisine, and participate in a sightseeing tour on the Han River to enjoy the beauty of Da Nang at night.

It is known that the APOT networking forum is a non-profit organisation specialising in cooperation, and knowledge and advancement sharing, in aviation and related industries in the Asian - Pacific region, with a focus on airlines and related industries, including in-flight services, catering, interior design, supply, transportation and travel.
