The event featured 15 booths, owned by businesses in Hai Chau District, displaying agricultural, forestry and seafood products; processed foods; and traditional and OCOP products. Also, there was a booth displaying recycled products and homemade items made by teachers.
According to Chairman of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Chau District Hoang Giang Yen Thuy, the event provided an opportunity for participating businesses to exchange, gain knowledge and directly promote Vietnamese products in a practical and effective manner.
During the event, a contest called 'Ring the Golden Bell’ to learn about the "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese products" campaign was organised for members of socio-political organisations, front officials and people of 13 wards across the district.
In addition, some products of participating units were auctioned at the total amount of VND 20 million which will then go to support poor pupils with serious illnesses.
