Approval of adjustments to investment policy for Lang Van Resort and Entertainment Complex Project

The Prime Minister recently issued Decision No. 1432/QD-TTG dated November 20, 2024 on approving adjustments to investment policy for the Lang Van Resort and Entertainment Complex Project.

Accordingly, after adjustments, the project has an area of ​​about 512 hectares, including 506 hectares of land and 5.3 hectares of sea surface, and the population of about 19,000 people.

It will feature villas, shophouses, social housing buildings, (land for construction of social housing accounts for about 20% of the total residential land area of ​​the project), commercial centres, technical infrastructure, social infrastructure and other works. The total investment capital of the project is about VND 43,922 billion

The project is expected to be completed within 5 years from the date of approval of investment policy adjustment. In particular, the phase 1 running from the first to second years will focus on prepararing investment procedures, whilst the phase 2 will be construction and handover activities from the second year to the end of the fifth year.

The goal of the project is to form a complex including commercial service works, develop eco-tourism combined with low-density accommodation associated with nature conservation to serve the tourism and living needs of local people and tourists, and create a civilised and modern architectural space

The Da Nang People's Committee has assigned relevant departments, agencies, sectors and units to research, advise and propose for the city to direct the implementation of the contents under the responsibility of the locality assigned by the Prime Minister in the abovementioned decision.
