The Da Nang Department of Tourism announced the Da Nang Food Tour campaign with the message "Enjoy Da Nang cuisine - Beyond delicious" on Thursday.

Accordingly, a digital culinary map providing information about local specialties, and Vietnamese and international cuisine, was launched. Tourists can explore the attractive and unique culinary world of the city by accessing the address www.foodtourdanang.vn.

It features eateries and restaurants selected by Michelin Guide, information on specialty gifts or culinary paradise with a diverse list of 400 reputable and quality locations selected based on many criteria.

Additionally, the digital culinary map offers a lot of information about culinary tourism in Da Nang such as culinary passport and how to redeem vouchers; and instructions on how to prepare local dishes in a very friendly, easy-to-understand and detailed way. Promotional programmes, discounts of culinary locations throughout the city, culinary tourism news, and special experiences such as food tours, and cooking classes, are regularly updated.

The highlight of the campaign will be the issuance of more than 10,000 "Culinary Passports" in both Vietnamese and English from December 15, 2024 to March 15, 2025.

The passports will be available at tourist information countres located at domestic and international passenger terminals at Da Nang International Airport, Tourist Support Centres, 50 selected culinary locations, some hotels, and major tourist attractions. By experiencing cuisine at 1 of the 50 selected locations listed in the Culinary Passports, tourists will collect a unique stamp of the Da Nang Food Tour and the logo of the location to receive special offers.

The Da Nang Food Tour campaign not only introduces Da Nang's rich culinary culture but also creates an exciting journey of discovery, promising to bring visitors the unique space and fascinating cultural stories behind each dish.
