The Da Nang People’s Committee has submitted a list of investment preparations, prioritising investment capital allocation and supporting investment in the construction of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure works inside and outside the Free Trade Zone (FTZ).

Accordingly, infrastructure projects inside FTZ built in Hoa Vang District include investment projects in shared technical infrastructure for production, logistics and commercial service zones, plus other functional areas.

Technical and social infrastructure projects outside the FTZ include 30 projects, built in Lien Chieu and Hoa Vang districts, and many of them are traffic infrastructure, resettlement areas, urban areas, production areas, logistics zones and dry ports.

Specifically, notable among them are new urban area projects No. 1 in Hoa Lien, No. 2 in Hoa Ninh, the seaport service urban area along the Cu De River, resettlement areas in Hoa Son, Hoa Ninh, Hoa Nhon communes, high-rise residential areas near the Railway College and near the Central College of Transport No 5 are all located in Hoa Hiep Bac Ward, Lien Chieu District.

In addition, there are many transport infrastructure projects such as the extended western belt road, the Ba Na Suoi Mo road extended to the western belt road, the extended Nguyen Sinh Sac road, the western belt road 2 section from road No.8 to the road connecting the airport tunnel, a road along the Cu De river, a road connecting Lien Chieu Port - Cu De riverside seaport service urban area – the FTZ to the North-South expressway, a road directly connecting the 400ha production area in Truong Dinh Village, Hoa Lien Commune to the southern bypass of Hai Van Road Tunnel.
