At 8.35 pm on Saturday, Da Nang's sky was lit up with a wonderful show by Team China.

Team Liuyang Dancing Fireworks from China stand strong against their rivals at the ongoing Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2017 as they won first and second prizes at the Da Nang International Firework competitions in 2009 and 2012 respectively.

Inspired by a true story of love in Titanic film - American romantic adventure film which was released in 1997, the Chinese team treated the audience to a heart touching love story with 5 chapters by a perfect harmony between enchanting background music and impressive lighting effects.  A total of around 2,000 low and medium-level, and different-sized fireworks was used by the team.

The story’s 1^st chapter began with joyful melodies which reflected eager feeling of passengers on board about their exciting Titanic journey across the sea.

In the 2^nd chapter, the audience were treated with romantic and sweet music, plus colourful fireworks display which showcased mood of those who were in love at first sight.

The 3^rd chapter pushed the emotions of the audience to the climax as showcasing the danger of the ship hitting a giant iceberg, and facing the difficult struggle between life and death among passengers onboard.

On sad background music in the 4^th chapter, the audience were told about tragic farewell scenes among the lovers.

Finally, the display ended tragically with a ‘My Heart Will Go On’ classic song, and amazing fireworks effects.  This explosion created a tight cluster of sparkling hearts which conveyed a message that love is always beautiful and eternal. 

The Chinese contestants want to convey a meaningful message that they would like the audience members to love their show.
