As many as 100 players are taking part in this year’s competition, from 11 teams,  including Hung Thinh – TPHCM, People’s Policeman, Becamex Binh Duong, Ninh Thuan, Da Nang, People’s Army, Vinh Phuc, Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hai Dang – Tay Ninh.

The players compete in 4 contents, including men’s singles, woman’s singles, men’s doubles and women’s doubles.

Top Vietnamese tennis players like Pham Minh Tuan, Trinh Linh Giang, king of men’s doubles Le Quoc Khanh, veteran player Hoang Thanh Trung, Bui Tri Nguyen, current champion of Vietravel Cup 2017 Tiffany Linh Nguyen, current champion of VTF Pro Tour 1 2018 Fodor Csilla, Si Boi Ngoc, Tran Thuy Thanh Truc, Vietnamese-American Chenelle Van Nguyen are scheduled to compete in this year’s match, respectively.

Vietnamese top tennis players Ly Hoang Nam and Nguyen Văn Phương are reported to be absent in this year’s tournament.

Besides bonus points and cup for champions, the players will get high cash prizes.

The men’s singles champion is awarded 40 million VND (1,753$), women’s champion, 30 million VND (1,314$), men’s doubles champion 10 million VND (437$), and women’s doubles champion awarded 8 million VND (350$). 

This is an opportunity for Trinh Linh Giang, first seed of Becamex Binh Duong and Pham Minh Tuan, second seed of Da Nang to go head to head for the championship.

The VTF Pro Tour 3 will last until 10 June.
