The 2019 Da Nang - Summer Rendezvous programme will take place at the East Sea Park and some popular attractions in the city from 14 - 19 June.

The 6-day festival will feature various cultural and sports activities, including tug-of-war, giant ball-rolling race, and beach volleyball competition.

One of the highlights of the programme is the EDM Party entitled ‘Amazing Summer’ which is slated to be held on 18 June between 7.00pm and 10.30pm.

Notably, the ‘A Day in a life of Xu Quang Chef’ programme will take place at the East Sea Park’s cuisine space from 14 - 16 June between 5.30pm and 7.30pm daily.

Visitors to the most eagerly-awaited event will have the opportunity to free-of-charge prepare and enjoy some local dishes by themselves.

In addition, there will be some meaningful activities to raise public awareness about environmental protection. Included will be a campaign to appeal for the general public to ‘Say No’ to single-use plastic products to deal with pollution and save waste treatment costs to be held at the Xuan Thieu Beach, and an exhibition displaying products made from recycled materials.
