In recent days, many hotels across Da Nang have spread their love for the city, which is battling a new wave of coronavirus infections, by lighting up vacant rooms in the shape of a heart.

Especifically, they have lit up their windows in certain rooms in the shape of a heart to show solidarity and  support to the city’s fight against the pandemic.

These hotels include the Danang Goldenbay, the Muong Thanh Luxury Danang and the Vinpearl Condotel Riverfront Danang.

A hotel manager said “We are trying to convey a message of love and hope for Da Nang during the coronavirus crisis. We also want to show our love and appreciation for frontline health workers in Da Nang. We hope that Da Nang will soon be safe and remain to be an attractive destination for both domestic and foreign travelers”.

In addition, numerous Facebook users in Da Nang have changed their avatar frames with the new ones highlight the words “Joining efforts to win the battle against Covid-19” in a bid to uplift the spirits of local residents in the ongoing tough fight against the pandemic.
