The Da Nang Consultant Technical Construction Centre said on Tuesday that it has worked with the TNR Holidings Vietnam Real Estate Development Investment JSC to launch a contest to seek the best architectural designs for the hotel-apartment-commercial centre complex project at the A20 land lot on Vo Van Kiet Street in An Hai Tay Ward, Son Tra District.

The contest is open to all domestic and foreign individuals and organisations that are architectural design consultants or construction planners.

The project will border Ly Nam De Street to the north, the intersection at the eastern end of the Dragon Bridge to the west, Vo Van Kiet Street to the south, and Ngo Quyen Street to the east.

Accordingly, 3,829 m² will be earmarked for the development of commercial services, whilst luxury apartment blocks will be built on an area of 7,658 m².

The total prize value will be VND150 million. Specifically, a first prize of VND100 million and a second prize of VND50 million will be given out to outstanding entries.

Till date, seven units have registered to participate in the contest.
