The TNR Holdings Viet Nam Real Estate Investment Development JSC, on Wednesday, announced the results of a contest to seek the best architectural ideas for the construction of the hotel-apartment-commercial centre complex at the eastern end of the Rong (Dragon) Bridge.

The first prize of VND100 million was awarded to a design jointly developed by the Construction Inspection, Equipment and Technology Consulting JSC (CONINCO) and the Hirsch-Bedner Associates.

The second prizes of VND40 million each were shared by the Ciar Urban and Architecture Co., Ltd. and the Viet Gia Phat Design Consulting Co., Ltd.

In early January, the TNR Holidings Vietnam Real Estate Development Investment JSC in collaboration with the Da Nang Consultant Technical Construction Centre launched a contest to seek the best architectural designs for the hotel-apartment-commercial centre complex project at the A20 land lot on Vo Van Kiet Street in An Hai Tay Ward, Son Tra District.

After nearly 3 months of being launched, the design contest attracted seven entries from design units from both home and abroad.
