The first-ever event attracted nearly 300 participants, and most of them were children and tourists.
During the programme, child participants had the opportunity to freely colour in wooden stickers, design Christmas wooden cards and Christmas tree decorations, take part in many games to learn about the Son Tra Peninsula, and experience a lively Christmas music night. Additionally, they enjoyed a buffet of cakes and fruit tea.
Mr. Phan Minh Hai, Deputy Manager of the Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang Tourism Beaches, expressed his hope that the event brought new joys to children during Christmas season, thereby creating a highlight for a series of activities that his unit is about to organize in 2023.
Next year, the Management Board of the Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang Tourism Beaches plan to organise a number of events associated with the protection and conservation of natural ecosystems on the Son Tra Peninsula such as preserving and developing corals, protecting the habitat for douc langurs, and saying no to waste.

The most special thing in this programme is that the decorations were created by the Management Board of Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang Tourism Beaches from drifted wooden slats during the city's historical flooding in October, 2022. |
