The Book and Reading Culture Festival 2024 is being held in Da Nang’s Thanh Khe District from April 12 - 14.

Co-organised by the Thanh Khe District Culture and Sports Centre, the Youth Union organisation in the district, and the district-level Office of Education and Training, the 3-day event was in response to the Viet Nam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21).

This year’s festival features a wide range of exciting activities, including an art book arrangement competition, a drawing competition entitled "Characters you love through the pages of books", a book introduction contest themed "Books - for me, for you", and a meeting with speakers presenting topics related to books and reading culture.

The event provides the good opportunity for youth union members, especially pupils and students, to interact, study, and exchange experiences, artistic talents and creative potential. It, at the same time, contributes to forming a reading movement and developing reading culture in the district.
