The Da Nang People's Committee has just issued Plan 241/KH-UBND on organising the parades of flower-decorated boats and vehicles to celebrate the 95^th founding anniversary of the Da Nang Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025) and the 50^th anniversary of the Liberation of the city (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025) with the theme "Da Nang - 50 Years of Development and Integration".

Accordingly, there will be 12 flower-decorated vehicles made by units, departments, branches, and localities and 20 flower-decorated boats made by enterprises.

The organising board requires each participating unit to decorate their boats and vehicles beautifully, prominently and impressively, with the logo of the city or businesses and localities. The nameplates of units and enterprises, slogans, propaganda posters and loudspeaker systems must be clear and coherent in order to convey to the people and tourists in accordance with the theme content.

The flower-decorated flower vehicles and boats must demonstrate the content and theme, ensuring aesthetics, and highlight the city’s achievements in economic, political, cultural, social, security and defense development. At the same time, the content must affirm the leadership role of the Party Committee, the government and the solidarity of the people in protecting, building and developing the city, especially in the period of innovation and international integration.

The parade competition will be held at 5:30 pm on March 28, 2025. The parades will take place from 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm on March 28 and 29, 2025. The closing ceremony and award ceremony of the contest will be organised at 9:30 pm on March 29, 2025.

The contest's prize structure will include 2 First, 4 Second, 6 Third and 10 Consolation prizes.
