Virtual Agent developed by the Da Nang-based EM&AI JSC was honoured at the 2021 Sao Khue Awards Ceremony which was organised in Ha Noi on April 24 by the Viet Nam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA)

Virtual Agent is a digital platform to help businesses build their virtual assistants that can act as their call center operators to offer 24/7 customer support. This platform is using natural language processing that enables computers to understand, process, and generate language just as people do. Additionally, it can plan for any complex scenarios with context management, create more human-like conversations with NLP technology, and increase the efficiency of call centers with Hybrid Chat.

This year’s Sao Khue Awards, which carried its theme of leveraging digital platforms and steering pioneering digital ecosystems in Viet Nam, has set a record with nearly 300 nominations from 161 businesses nationwide, representing a 57.8% year-on-year rise. This is the largest increase in terms of the number of nominations and registered businesses since the event was launched.

In the end, 180 excellent digital platforms, services and solutions have been honoured with the 2021 Sao Khue Awards, comprising  25 platforms, 32 services and 123 solutions.
